This is the first Lisa Gardner book I’ve read, and I thought it was great. It doesn’t have the usual male-lead/female-lead dynamic, and Gardner does a wonderful job of keeping you wondering about Catherine for the entire book. At the end, you’re still not sure about her. This was a suspenseful book that keeps you guessing!

I’m so glad you enjoyed this book. It is not Lisa’s best but it was good. I think The Survivors Club is her best. The Killing Hour is another good one. I had a hard time putting it down. How you have to read Hide. It’s next in the series.
